Hi! I’m a certified nutrition consultant, Level 3 CrossFit Trainer, cohost of the Modern Mamas Podcast, and mama to Evie Wilder. I have extensive experience in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, movement education, and mindset work. I love this crazy life with my family spent adventuring in our converted van, moving my body with intention, spending the majority of our time in nature, baking sourdough, and learning to be self sufficient and connected to myself, the planet, and others. I see “failure” as feedback and opportunity for growth, our bodies as wise vessels, and movement and breath as medicine. My goals are always to put family first, seek presence, maintain a growth mindset, and choose JOY. And I’d love to support you to find your joy and the empowerment you’ve had all along too.
