for everyone in any phase of the fitness journey looking to reconnect, tune in, build strength, and train with intention.
This program is designed for those who are starting a fitness program for the first time, after a long time off, post injury, postpartum, or with the intention to get more in tune with the body’s needs without “pushing through” pain, discomfort, and dis-ease. Each day includes intention setting, breath, and flow. It’s scalable to multiple ability levels and equipment needs. I am so glad you're here!
Your Instructor
Laura is a Certified Nutrition Consultant, Certified CrossFit Trainer, Safer Skincare Advocate, cohost of the Modern Mamas Podcast, and mama to Evie Wilder. She is a firm believer in the mind, body, soul connection. Through her work with individual clients, her online training programs, and her seminars and workshops, Laura’s goal is to educate and inspire towards intuitive shifts in daily habits and headspace, leading to healthier minds and bodies, increased strength and physical potential, longevity, and most importantly, the empowerment that comes with taking health into our own hands.
